About the artist

Hi, I'm Angela, and this is my story of how I came to be an artist with sculpting. Let's start back in 2020 when the pandemic hit.  It really brought me into myself and made me realize I wanted to do something fun and creative, but I didn't even know what it was yet.  I was working for a local Walmart, I had no idea I would be taking on becoming a teacher, a leader, and then I got to take on a huge role that led me to my passion. I became a cake decorator. Learning all the tips and tricks, what makes a good cake beautiful, to making customers feel welcome and happy, to be able to share in their storytelling and experiences. Whether it was to help them make a cake for a special occasion, or to just write a name on their cake they picked out. Everyday there was something fun to learn and grow with. But, sadly, it was very hard work and challenging in that corporate retail environment, and I learned that with the right skills, I wanted to be an entrepreneur and start learning how to make miniature foods and models and everything in between. I wanted to have the freedom to make whatever my heart desired, because learning how it made someone so happy to have something made for them, made me grow into who I am with my art. I take every step forward to make everything I do with testing my products, to know every single item is good quality.  I'm really happy I'm able to share with the world what I can do and achieve. Remember to believe in yourself and I hope my art makes you smile and feel happiness, because we all need a little treat now and again.
